returns, exchanges and refunds

	We are committed to ensuring you are totally satisfied with your purchase from New Balance Toronto... in fact, WE GUARANTEE IT!

The following instructions outline the procedures for processing a return, exchange or refund...

1. A copy of your original receipt and credit card slip must accompany any return, exchange or refund.
   
   
2. On the back of your receipt please complete the form provided with a detailed explanation regarding the reason for your return, exchange or refund. Please be as specific as possible and state whether you are requesting an EXCHANGE or REFUND.
   
   
3. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the size you would like us to send you.
   
   
4. Merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be received within 30 days.
   
   
5. Credit will be provided and/or replacement merchandise sent the same day the merchandise is received at New Balance Toronto. Processing will be as follows:
   

   For refunds, credit will be provided for the price of the merchandise and any applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. Exchanges will be handled on an even exchange basis... you pay the shipping back to us, we pay the shipping for sending the replacement merchandise to you. If a return is due to a shipping error or manufacturer's defect, the initial shipping and return shipping charges will be waived. The original shipping charge will also be credited back to your card.
