Although we cannot promise to match every price found on the internet, we would like to know when we are being under-sold. We will do everything in our power to ensure the value you receive from shopping with us is second to none!

If you are looking for bargains, be sure to check out our Store Specials. With our Store Specials you will find many amazing deals on a wide variety of styles from New Balance.

Generally, all items, excluding our Store Specials, are in stock. At times we may be temporarily out of stock for a particular size. In this case you will be notified during the order process that your item is on backorder. An item on backorder typically requires an additional 7-21 business days for processing.

Store Specials are a bit different. Styles featured in Store Specials are no longer in production and, as a result, when a certain size is out of stock it is typically out of stock for good. With this in mind, we provide a detailed availability chart for each store special style. The availability chart provides the following information:

• Dashes ("-") indicate the size is unavailable.
• "A" indicates the size is in stock and available for immediate shipment.
• "S" indicates the size is available at one of our affiliate warehouses. These items require special processing, which typically takes an additional 7-21 business days.

Although we strive to keep our Store Special Availability Charts as up to date as possible, some of our affiliate warehouses are not networked to our systems. Complete updates are typically performed on a weekly basis.
