how to order

We have tried to make the ordering process as simple as possible. The following steps should guide you through the process...

  1. Select Your Shoes and/or Merchandise

    Shopping our site is easy (at least we hope so)! The most common way to find your shoes and/or merchandise is to Browse by Category or perform a Shoe Search.

    Next, add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button found near the item. You can add as many items as you like, change the quantities of the items you are ordering, or delete your items at any time. When ordering shoes, you will be prompted for your size and width (see Width Sizing for help).

    If you experience problems while adding items to your shopping cart, it is likely that your browser does not accept cookies. For more information about the use of cookies on our web site, click here.
  2. Proceed to Checkout

    Once you are done shopping, it is time to Checkout.

    By selecting the red "Check Out" button, you will proceed through the standard New Balance Toronto checkout process. This process consists of 4 steps prompting you for various information needed to complete your order. The information you provide is maintained in strict confidence according to our Privacy Policy and is processed over a secure connection.


  3. Order Processing

    Once the Checkout process is complete, we begin processing your order immediately and keep you informed via email at each step.

    The first email you should receive is the Order Confirmation. This email is sent immediately following your completion of the Checkout process. The email outlines upcoming steps and summarizes the contents of your order. If you do not receive this email within 1 hour of completing your order there is likely a problem with the email transmission. Please contact our sales department at 1-877-769-6286. We will be happy to assist you.

    Next, we confirm the availability of your items and send you an Availability Confirmation. This email details the expected ship date of your order and should be received by you within 48 hours of completing your order.

    And that's it! Your order should arrive in accordance with the Shipping Option you selected during the Checkout process.

    In addition, you can track the status of your order online at the following address:
    www.newbalancetoronto.ca/status. To track your order, enter your Order Number and Destination Postal Code, and you will receive up the minute details until the package arrives at your door!
