After completing the checkout process, you should receive two emails from

The first email is an Order Confirmation. This email
is sent immediately following your submission of the order. This email provides a summary of your contents and the
outlines the upcoming steps to complete your order. If you do not receive this email
within 1 hour of completing your order, there is likely a problem with the email

Within 48 hours you should receive an Availability
Confirmation email. This email details the availability status of your items and
the expected ship date of your order. At this point, your order should arrive in accordance
with the availability noted and the shipping option you selected during the
